Resend an Special Card or track your order
If you've lost your Special email, put a typo in the recipient’s email address or would simply like to resend your Special Card, you can!
Please contact [email protected] with your Order Number with the amended details to resend your Special Card.
To find your Order Number in the Special App:
Log into your account by clicking on the Profile icon on the bottom right
Select “View my orders”
