Resend an Special Card or track your order 


If you've lost your Special email, put a typo in the recipient’s email address or would simply like to resend your Special Card, you can! 

Please contact customer.service@special.com.au with your Order Number with the amended details to resend your Special Card.

To find your Order Number in the Special App:

  1. Log into your account by clicking on the Profile icon on the bottom right 

  2. Select “View my orders”

  3. Your order number is the number next to the #

To find your Order Number on the Special Website

  1. Click on your name on the top right hand corner of the homepage 

  2. Select “Orders” from the drop down menu

  3. Your order number is the number next to the #
