Your Special Cards are always with you! To redeem your Special Card, follow the below steps.
Redeem from your Special Wallet
Sign into your Special account via the Special App or website
Go to the wallet and click on the desired “Active” Special Card that you wish to use
Add the card to your Apple or Google Pay Wallet for In-store use. Once the card has been added, proceed to use the card as if you would any other debit or credit card. For online use, select your desired card in the wallet and then select “Spend Online” and then proceed to copy the card information to use at the checkout.
** The card information must be input in the Credit or Debit payment option, not in the voucher or Gift Card option.
Once you have used all the remaining balance of your Special Card, the card will be archived in your wallet under “Past” cards.
