You’ll first need to download the Special Gift Card App if you haven’t already got it on your mobile device. The App is available on Google Play and Apple App Stores. Please ensure you have the most up to date version of the App and mobile operating software.

Once you’ve downloaded the App and logged in, to view the Active Gift Cards, select the Wallet icon from within the Special Gift Cards App and scroll to select the card you'd like to add to your wallet from the screen. You can also view your "Past" Gift Cards from this screen.

Please ensure your Special Gift Card has been activated in the Special App by following the activation link you received. 

You’ll now be able to store the card in your phone’s digital wallet. 

To do this you can tap "Add card to Apple Wallet" icon on the screen to add to Apple Pay,  or ‘Add card to Google Pay’ to add to Google Pay. 

If your phone is paired with an Apple Watch, you can choose to add your card to the wallet on your phone, the wallet on your watch, or both.

You will also be able to see your card each time you log into your Special Account and click on “My Gift Cards”.

Your Gift Card can be added to multiple wallets by following the same steps above.

Ensure your device is up to date:

Special Gift Cards are compatible with most iPhones and Android Phones. Your phone must also support NFC (Near-Field Communication).   

To check if your phone is compatible, we’d suggest first seeing if your phone has the latest operating systems; 

• Apple iPhones running iOS version 10 (and later)   

• Android phones running Android API version 16 "Jelly Bean" (and later), Wear OS is not compatible.  

  Apple Watches running watch OS 8 (and later) 

If you’re unsure if your phone can be updated to the latest operating system, you can refer to the manufacturer's website. 

Please note; that our Gift Cards are not supported on iPads or other tablet devices. 

We always recommend maintaining the latest operating system version on your device for security reasons.
