To create an account, you can either download the Special App to your mobile device. The App is available from both the Apple App and Google Play stores. Alternatively, you can sign up and create an account via our Special website. Simply click “Log In” on the top right corner, then select “Create an account”, then follow the prompts to create your account.

If you are using our Special App, once this is installed and open on your device, you can select “Create an Account”. You can choose to create an account manually or by using your Facebook, Google or Apple ID credentials. 

To create an account, you’ll need to provide Special with your First name, Last name, Email Address. 

Next you will be required to create a password. Please note, if you're creating account using your Facebook, Google or Apple ID details this same password is used.

For security reasons, your password must be at least 8 characters long (case sensitive) with one number or special character. You should never disclose your password to anybody. 

Before you can finalise setting up your account, you will be required to authenticate your identity by entering your mobile number and entering the security code that is sent to your device. 

Once successfully entered, your account is all set up and you’re ready to go. 

Depending on your device you can also nominate to use your devices Biometrics (such as FaceID and Fingerprint Touch) tools for signing into the app.
