To update this information on our App, download the Special App to your mobile device. The App is available from both the Apple App and Google Play stores. Simply click on the “My Account” page on the bottom menu, then under “Manage Your Details”, select your responsive information you wish to update.
Changing Your Name
Select “Update your Name” - Proceed to update the information and then confirm.
Changing Your Phone Number
Select “Update your Phone Number” - Proceed to update the information and follow the verification process.
Changing Your Email Address
Select “Update your Email” - Proceed to update the information and then confirm.
Alternatively, if you are on the Special website:
Log in
Click on your name on the top right corner
Select “Account Details” on the drop down menu
You'll then be able to update the above sections regarding your personal information
