To update this information on our App, download the Special App to your mobile device. The App is available from both the Apple App and Google Play stores. Simply click on the “My Account” page on the bottom menu, then under “Manage Your Details”, select “Password
and follow the prompts to reset your password.
If you have forgotten your password:
To reset your login password, you'll first need to open the Special App.
Once you're on the log in screen, select "Forgot your password".
You'll then need to enter your email address used to create your account. We'll then send you a verification code to that email address which you'll need to retrieve and enter into the app. This will then unlock the Create a New Password screen.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long (case sensitive) with one number or special character. You should also never share your password with anybody else.
Please note: You will only be able to reset your password if you signed up to Special using your email address.
If you selected to created an account using your Facebook, Google or Apple ID details the password required to log in is the same password you use for that system.
Reset your password through the Special website:
Log in
Click on your name on the top right corner
Select “Account Details” on the drop down menu
Below “Manage Your Account”, select “Password”
To reset your password, follow the prompts
