To view this information on our App, download the Special App to your mobile device. The App is available from both the Apple App and Google Play stores. Once you’ve downloaded the App and logged in, to view the Active Gift Cards, select the Wallet icon from within the Special Gift Cards App and scroll to select the card you'd like to add to your wallet from the screen. You can also view your "Past" Gift Cards from this screen.
Please ensure your Special Gift Card has been activated in the Special App by following the activation link you received.
You’ll now be able to store the card in your phone’s digital wallet.
To do this you can tap "Add card to Apple Wallet" icon on the screen to add to Apple Pay, or ‘Add card to Google Pay’ to add to Google Pay.
If your phone is paired with an Apple Watch, you can choose to add your card to the wallet on your phone, the wallet on your watch, or both.
You will also be able to see your card each time you log into your Special Account and click on “My Gift Cards”.

Your Gift Card can be added to multiple wallets by following the same steps above.
The Special Wallet allows you to easily view and manage your Special Cards. To access your Wallet, simply launch the Special App on your smart phone, sign in and tap Wallet.
To browse Special Cards, select the wallet tab on the bottom of the app. To view cards received and purchased for yourself, simply swipe left or right. By selecting an Special Card, you will find additional card information such as balance, expiry date and information for how to use the card online and where you can use the card in-store.
You can also access your Special Wallet via our website. Once you have landed on the website, sign in and click Wallet.
To browse Special Cards received , simply swipe left or right. By clicking on “Manage” for your desired Special Card, you will find additional card information such as how to shop In-store, Online and how to add this to your Apple or Google Pay wallet.
For Special Cards that do not support real time balance check, Special will attempt to provide you with a link to an external website where you can enter the Gift Card number and check the balance.
Once you have used all the remaining balance of an Special Card, this will then be visible in the “Past” section of the wallet.
