We understand that online safety is important. The best thing to do if your email has been compromised is to ensure that you’ve updated your security settings and password with your email provider. Second Factor Authentication (2FA) is a safe way to ensure that nobody gains unauthorised access to your email inbox. 

If you’re unable to regain access to your email, then we’d suggest updating your email address on your account with a new email. Be sure to update all your passwords and we always recommend you don’t write your passwords down or share them with anybody. It’s also a good idea to have a different password for your online accounts to ensure that you’re protected.
