To view your balance on the Special app:
To see the remaining balance of your card you’ll need to log into your Special account and click on the Wallet icon from the bottom of the screen. Then simply, select the card by scrolling from across the screen and the balance will updated.
To view your balance on the Special website:
Log in
Hover over your name on the top right corner
Select “My Gift Cards” on the drop down menu
View the live balance below the card for each Active Special Card
