There could be a few different reasons why you're unable to access the Special App, these are the most common;

• App crashes each time you click on the app – delete app, download App again and login again into the app
• You are unable to find Special App on your mobile device – use App search function for Apple and Android to find the app
• Your devices operating software needs to be updated
