An order that has been put in to Review is pending the completion of the payment, which also means the Special Card has not yet been created or sent to the recipient. If you have received an email indicating this, our teams will review your order within 1 business day and make a decision to accept the payment or refund it.


If you receive an update that your payment has been completed, then your Special Card will be sent to the recipient within 60 minutes if you selected immiedately, or at the scheduled date and time you selected during purchase.


If you receive an update that your payment has been refunded, then any funds paid to Special Gift Cards will be refunded back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
