How quickly your gift card arrives depends on the delivery option you select at checkout:

• Send Now: We aim to deliver these within 5 minutes of your purchase.
  To protect our customers, all gift card purchases made via Special website are subject to a payment security review. Most gift cards will be delivered within 5 minutes, however in some cases this review may take up to 24 hours to clear.
  Once your payment has been cleared, your gift card will be delivered to you automatically. 
• Scheduled Delivery: Your gift card will be sent at the specific date and time you selected.
  If a security check is pending at your chosen time, the card will be sent as soon as the review is complete.

If your gift card hasn't arrived within 24 hours of the purchase (for "Send Now") or 24 hours after the scheduled time, please contact our support team.
