We will send you an email once your Gift Card has been sent to the recipient! 

It’s important to consider, that scheduled Gift Cards will be based on the local time of the sender of the Gift Card, rather than the local time of the recipient. 

Additionally, you will be able to see the current status of your gifted card.

Whilst in the App, follow these steps to view the live status:

  1. Log into your account. However,  If you don’t have an account, you'll need to create an account. Need help creating an account? Click here.

  2. Select your profile on the bottom panel (far right option)

  3. Select “View my orders”

  4. Look at the desired card to find either “Sent”, “Delivered” or “Claimed”
