How do I activate my  Special Card ? 

Go to the email or SMS you have received from Special, and click on the link to “Unwrap and start using your card”

If you have an account, simply sign in. Alternatively, If you don’t have an account, you'll need to create an account. Need help creating an account? Click here.

Now that you’ve signed into your account, it’s time to unwrap your Special Gift Card! 

Click anywhere on your screen to start unwrapping!

To activate your card, you’ll next need to select "Set PIN and activate card". 

Remember, you’ll need to use this 4 digit PIN when the time comes to spend your Gift Card so this should be something that you remember and shouldn’t be shared with anyone else. 

2. Confirm your 4 digit PIN to complete. 

3. You can now "Manage" the card or "Add to Wallet" - This can only be done on our Special Gift Card app. 

Please go to Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for Special Gift Cards and download the app. 

To view the Active Gift Card details, select the Wallet icon from within the Special Gift Cards App and select the card you'd like to "Manage" from the screen. You can also view your "Past" Gift Cards from this screen.
