If you have forgotten your PIN, you can create a new one in the "Manage" Gift Card section on the Special mobile app.
Please go to Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for Special Gift Cards and download the app.
Whilst on the website, follow these steps to view your Special Cards:
Log into your account. If you don’t have an account, you'll need to create an account. Need help creating an account? Click here.
Click on your name on the button on the top right of the page
From the drop down, select “My Gift Cards” to view your current Gift Cards
Select the “Manage” button on the bottom right of the card
From here you’ll be able to see how to reset the PIN for this card
