Information regarding your Gift Cards are stored within the app.
To see the cards, follow the below prompts:
Whilst in the App, follow these steps to view your Special Cards:
Log into your account.
Select the Wallet page using the menu on the bottom of the app.
Tap the “Manage” button below your selected card.
From here you’ll be able to see :
- Transaction history
- Card detail to Spend Online
- How to add your Special Card to your Apple or Google Pay wallet to Spend in-store
- How to reset the PIN for this card
Whilst on the website, follow these steps to view your Special Cards:
Log into your account. If you don’t have an account, you'll need to create an account. Need help creating an account? Click here.
Click on the button with your name on the top right of the page
From the drop down, select “My Gift Cards” to view your current Gift Cards
Select the “Manage” button on the bottom right of the card
From here you’ll be able to see :
- Transaction history
- Card detail to Spend Online
- How to add your Special Card to your Apple or Google Pay wallet to Spend in-store
- How to reset the PIN for this card
